Afterlife Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1 June 2024

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Afterlife (referred to as “Afterlife”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) will offer refunds for bookings and purchases.

General Policy:

We strive to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for all our guests. However, unforeseen circumstances may arise.

Refunds for Reservations:

  • Cancellations Made More Than 24 Hours In Advance: We will issue a full refund for reservations cancelled at least 24 hours before your booked time slot.

  • Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours In Advance: If you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours before your booked time slot, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking cost will be applied.

  • No-Shows: For no-shows (failing to arrive for your booked reservation), the full booking cost will be non-refundable.

Exceptions:

We may offer full or partial refunds at our discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as unexpected venue closures or unforeseen events beyond your control. Please contact us to discuss such situations.

Refunds for Food & Drinks (Coming Soon):

  • Once food or drinks have been served, refunds will not be offered.

Processing Your Refund:

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the booking within 5-7 business days.
